Child and Family Wellness Coordinator Shani Cerritos
Shani brings nearly 15 years of experience supporting children and families, with over a decade focused specifically on early childhood. Her passion is helping young children build the everyday skills that matter most — like managing emotions, solving problems, making friends, and staying focused. She believes that when children develop these skills early, everything else — school, friendships, and life — gets a little easier.
Shani also knows that the real magic happens when families and caregivers are part of the journey. If needed, she loves partnering with parents to share simple, practical strategies that can be used at home to support and celebrate the growth their child is already making. Together, she and your family will build a plan that works for your child and fits naturally into your everyday life.

Denis Cerritos
Denis brings 30 years of experience teaching young children and a genuine love for watching little ones discover the world around them. As a Kindergarten and Primary Montessori school teacher in Rockville, MD, he has spent his career helping children ages 3–6 fall in love with reading, math, and science through hands-on, curiosity-driven learning. His deep knowledge of how young children learn best helps shape and strengthen our program every step of the way. His guidance ensures that the learning experiences we provide are rich, purposeful, and truly set our children up for success.
