With nearly 15 years of experience supporting children and families — and almost 10 years teaching in early childhood classrooms — Shani brings a rare blend of heart and expertise to every day at Bright Path Bright Minds.

Her educational background — a bachelor's degree in social work with a focus on early childhood education, and a master's degree as a clinical social worker — gives her a deep understanding of how children grow, think, and feel. It's this unique combination of clinical insight and hands-on teaching experience that shapes the way she supports every child and family here.

Shani’s passion is helping young children build the everyday skills that matter most: managing big emotions, solving problems, making friends, and staying focused. She's seen firsthand that when children develop these skills early, everything else — school, friendships, and life — gets just a little easier.

But she also knows the real magic doesn't happen in the classroom alone — it happens when families are part of the journey too. That's why she loves partnering with parents, sharing simple, practical strategies you can use at home to support and celebrate the growth their child is already making.
